Abstract

The analysis of massive omic data such as those arising from next generation sequencing platforms is becoming very complex, moreover due to the lack of detailed information it is often difficult for a scientist to reproduce published results. Therefore, to improve knowledge transfer and publish better science we need to develop computational tools in the spirit of “Reproducible Research”.
