Gene set enrichment analysis of neuroendocrine system of the silkworm Bombyx mori

Abstract


We have analysed RNA-seq data from different endocrine glands of both sexes and several developmental stages of Bombyx mori and performed gene set enrichment analysis on obtained gene expressin data.
